Apartment Paris – France

Our clients came to us with an apartment which had been occupied by tenants who hadn’t paid their rent for years, and consequently the flat was in a very poor condition and run down. The client wanted nothing less than a complete restoration of the space. They wanted a one bedroom apartment that could be used as a self-catering unit as well as a rental property for a young couple or single person.

After reviewing the space and working with the architectural scheme we decided to eliminate the enclosed kitchen and tiny bathroom to make one large lounge/dining room with open-plan kitchen and a separate bedroom en-suite.

The project took 5 months. Particular challenges included a brand new electricity installation requiring us to work quickly and carefully.

The clients were thrilled with the results, a large and airy space that evokes a modern freshness and comfort. We completed the project in time and within budget.
